1. Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • You will receive an email notification once your order has been shipped, along with tracking information to follow your package.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping (Pakistan): Free on all orders. Delivery typically takes 3-5 business days.

3. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, a tracking link will be provided via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to be updated.

4. Delivery Issues

  • If your package is delayed or missing, please contact us at info@teethmate.shop with your order details, and we’ll assist you with tracking down your order.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen events, such as weather, customs, or carrier delays.

5. Shipping Restrictions

  • Currently, we only ship within Pakistan. We’re working to expand to international locations soon!

6. Incorrect Address

  • Please ensure your address is correct when placing an order. Orders shipped to incorrect addresses cannot be redirected. If you notice an error in your address, contact us immediately to update it.
