At TeethMate, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, please review our return policy to understand the steps for returning or exchanging your items.
1. Return Eligibility
- Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
- To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
- Non-returnable items: Due to hygiene concerns, toothbrushes and other oral care items that have been used cannot be returned.
2. Refunds
- Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return conditions.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method. You will be notified via email once the refund has been issued.
3. Exchanges
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We’ll replace the item at no extra cost.
- For exchange requests unrelated to damage or defects, please reach out to our Customer Support team at info@teethmate.shop. Availability of the item for exchange may vary.
4. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
5. How to Initiate a Return

- We will review your request and provide instructions for shipping the item back.
- Once the return is received and inspected, we will process the refund or exchange as applicable.
